December – No Meeting

January 18- Turnstone Programs - Jodi Ann Intelicato, M.S. CCC-SLP will be joining us to talk about a new modality she has been trained in by the Parkinson’s Voice Project in Texas. This modality is called SpeakOUT! and addresses voice difficulties associated with Parkinson’s. Emilee Stemmler, Fitness Specialist, Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, will also join us. She has instructed Turnstone’s Parkinson’s exercise class and can speak on behalf of benefits of exercise.

We will be rescheduling Dr. Mark Carter in 2019 due to the November weather related meeting cancellation. Details will be posted in the January newsletter.
